Great.FULL.Life, Great Experience

Oddly, I don't think any of the three campaigns ever even used the word "plenitude" anywhere!  It was a remarkable (and fortunately great) experience working in a team of about 14 on this campaign.  It could have been a disaster!  I can't believe that we ever came to an agreement on anything...but we did and without conflict!  It was surprising.  I think we were just really lucky to have the right balances of personalities and skills to make it all work.  Everyone was very clear and honest about their strengths and desires, and everyone found a valuable role to play.  What amazed me were the special talents that emerged from everyone to cover all of the needed bases, and the tremendous amount of cooperation and appreciative listening it took to coordinate such a huge effort.  Personally I was inspired by the whole process, it was truly remarkable.  I also think we've created something that will be really beneficial in helping to accentuate the positive in my own life once I get back home!  I'm GreatFULL for the experience.  I also really enjoyed the other campaigns.  Everyone brought great vision and fun to their projects!
